Where is my data stored?
Your tracker data (campaigns, clips, views, earnings) stays on your device — deleting the app deletes it, so export or note anything you need first. The AI clip tools (Clip Polish, Clip Factory) work differently: they require sign-in and upload the video you submit to our servers to process it, and your finished clips are stored with your account.
Why do my earnings differ from the campaign platform?
Clip77 shows estimates computed from the CPM, per-clip threshold and minimum payout you entered. The campaign platform is always the final arbiter of what gets paid.
How do I log a clip fast?
Share it straight from TikTok or Instagram: tap Share → Add to Clip77. Or copy the link and tap the paste icon in the clip form.
I'm not getting payout alerts.
Check iOS Settings → Notifications → Clip77 is allowed. Alerts fire when an updated view count crosses the campaign's per-clip threshold.
